Studio sign-in procedure:
- Sign in at the front desk.
- Receive a color-coded card for entry to your classroom.
- Place your card at the front edge of your yoga mat.
- Make sure your teacher collects the card at the end of class.

Class Descriptions:
All Levels: Introduction to variations of postures. Students practice at their own level.
Ashtanga Blend: Challenging blend of poses from 1st, 2nd & 3rd series in the Ashtanga Yoga System.
Flow: Sequencing asana brought together using breath w/movement. Prior yoga experience suggested.
Flow 2: More challenging poses, transitions and sequences.
Gentle Flow: Slow beginning poses in a fluid sequence.
Hatha: Examine the health benefits of asana and develop an understanding of body alignment, breath control & balance.
Kundalini: Fundamentals of kriya designed to increase vitality & awaken Kundalini.
Level 1-2: Dive deep into all asana with a non-aggressive approach & moderate pace.
Level 2: Explore the beginning stages of advanced poses while developing stamina & flexibility.
Pilates: Develop core strength and build lean muscle.
Restorative: Relaxing & rejuvenating practice with passive poses supported by blankets, blocks & props.
Transformational Yoga: Eclectic class, combining different styles, breathing & meditation.
Vinyasa: The art of sequencing yoga postures, and using the breath to flow from one asana to another.
Yoga Basics: Mindful approach to the principals of yoga. Focus on the connection of breath & movement.
Yin: Deep practice that settles into poses for 3-5 minutes bringing you inward. Yin is slow, deep and quiet and target connective tissue of hips, pelvis, lower spine and ankles.
What you need to know:
- Take advantage of your 15 minute transition time between classes to arrive early and settle in.
- Refrain from wearing scented products. Many students (and teachers) are chemically sensitive.
- Turn off all noise making devices.
- Classes are one hour and twenty minutes in length (Except Gentle Yoga & Mat Pilates).
- Let your teacher know about any specific issues that might be affected during your practice.
- Pay attention to your body. Monitor your pace and practice to meet your needs.
- New schedules come out every 3 months, some changes are more frequent so check back often.
- Coupons, discounts or specials may not be used together or in groups of 5 or more.

- Mats, blocks, blankets, and other props are available for use during your classes.
