Studio sign-in procedure:
- Sign in at the front desk.
- Receive a color-coded card for entry to your classroom.
- Place your card at the front edge of your yoga mat.
- Make sure your teacher collects the card at the end of class.
Class Descriptions:
All Levels: While this class explores more challenging poses, all levels of ability are welcome.
Beginners: A basic approach to the principles of yoga. Suitable for those new to yoga or wishing to review.
Flow: A fluid sequence that strengthens the body and ignites the spirit.
Flow 2: More challenging poses, transitions and sequences.
Gentle Flow: Slow beginning poses in a fluid sequence.
Gentle Kripalu: Compassionate and mindful approach to yoga, focusing on the connection of breath and movement Hatha-all levels: A variety of yoga poses and techniques.
Kundalini: Fundamentals of kriya (yogic exercises) designed to increase vitality and awaken Kundalini (life force energy).
Level 1: A developmental practice focusing on foundational poses, proper alignment and effective breathing.
Level 1-2: Introduces more challenging postures while focusing on breath control and alignment.
Level 2: An up-tempo class with emphasis on strength, alignment and stamina. Active and challenging for all levels.
Pilates: A mat class for developing core strength and building lean muscle
Power: A challenging workout for body, mind and spirit.
Restorative: Relaxing and rejuvenating practice with passive poses supported by blankets, blocks and other props.
Vinyasa: the art of sequencing yoga postures, and using the breath to flow from one asana to another.
Yin: a slow, deep and quiet practice that targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Class Rates:

First-time student $5
Discount Passes (good for 90 days):

Unlimited passes:

What you need to know:
- Take advantage of your 15 minute transition time between classes to arrive early and settle in.
- Refrain from wearing scented products. Many students (and teachers) are chemically sensitive.
- Turn off all noise making devices.
- Class time is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Let your teacher know about any specific issues that might be affected during your practice.
- Pay attention to your body. Monitor your pace and practice to meet your needs.
- New schedule comes out seasonally (every 3 months), some changes are more frequent so be sure to check back often.
- Coupons, discounts or specials may not be used together or in groups of 5 or more.

- Rates for yoga events and other workshops are not included in teh above rates.

- Mats, blocks, blankets, and other props are available for use during your classes.
