Here at SWIHA, we encourage you to do YOUR dream. If you wish to teach, or if you are curious about yoga, we offer choices. It’s your education and your path to walk along, you decide what speaks to you and we will be there to support and help steer you along the way. We have a Yoga Teacher Training Program and Yoga Classes for everyday of the week. Our yoga studio has a variety of styles, teachers and times, ensuring that you will find comfort in our tranquil yoga den. Yoga classes are practiced in a peaceful setting with the spirit of yoga in mind. There are beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, warm lighting and the calming sounds of mantras and healing music. The class setting is intimate and the instructors make personal attention a priority. SWIHA's offerings extend way beyond just yoga classes. We offer a wide variety of programs including: pilates, family/childrens yoga courses, yoga teacher training, kirtans and concerts, yoga and meditation intensives and retreats, private yoga instruction, prenatal yoga, special guest events, & various workshops.
