We have a Yoga Teacher Training Program and Yoga Classes for everyday of the week. Our yoga studio has a variety of styles, teachers and times.

SWIHA Yoga Experience is a beautiful and spiritually uplifting environment. Yoga classes are practiced in a peaceful setting with the spirit of yoga in mind. There are beautiful hard wood floors, high ceilings, warm lighting and the calming sounds of mantras and healing music. The class setting is intimate and the instructors make personal attention a priority.
SWIHA's offerings extend way beyond just yoga classes. We offer a wide variety of programs including: pilates, family/childrens yoga courses, yoga teacher training, kirtans and concerts, yoga and meditation intensives and retreats, private yoga instruction, prenatal yoga, special guest events, & various workshops.
