How to Register

Registration for our online courses is an easy process ... and we will be here for you every step of the way making sure you understand every piece of the puzzle.

Below is a step-by-step process that will take you from this moment to your first day of class!

Steps to Register

  1. Find a course you need for continuing education requirements, or are just interested in taking by checking the Available course list .

  2. To register click on the course in the Avaiable Course List .

    1. Login to your account using the panel on the lower-left side of the website. If you do not have an account with us, please create one using the link underneath the “Login” button. ~ Please Make Sure Your Email Is Correct! ~

    2. Find the course start date on the calendar to the right.

    3. Select that date and continue through the registration/purchase process.

  3. After you have you have been registered and your course payment processed, you will be notified through the email you provided.

  4. Then, 2 weeks prior to your course start date you will receive an email with your FIrstClass userID and temporary password. When you login for the first time you will be asked to change your password to something unique. (For instructions on how to install the FirstClass client or access the web page visit our Resources page.)

  5. Once you are into the FirstClass system, you should look around a bit and then complete the steps in your orientation class.

How to Access your Required Orientation

All students are required to complete an orientation to make sure you can correctly use the FirstClass system. The steps below will direct you to your Orientation Conference so you can begin this important first step. Please note, you will not be able to get into the system until you have received the welcome email mentioned above.

  1. Once you have successfully logged into the FirstClass system, you will be taken to the FirstClass desktop.

  2. From there, select the “Southwest Institute of Healing Arts” icon

  3. Then select the “SWIHA First Class Client Orientation”

  4. From there, read through the messages in that conference. Making sure to complete all of the activities listed in each one.

  5. Only until you have successfully completed all of the reading and activities will you be able to access your course.
