Massage:
Myotherapy - A complete system of therapeutic massage utilizing advanced assessment skills to determine the holding patterns of the body.  Through the use of range of motion, therapeutic ‘platforms’ and deep tissue release techniques the body is revitalized rehabilitated and restored to its natural state of harmony and flow.  The treatments are interactive and very energetic in design.

Swedish:  The most common form of massage. Swedish relaxes muscles and eases aches and pains. Long connective strokes create a very relaxing and gentle therapeutic massage experience.

Deep Tissue:  Slow, deep compressions and strokes affect the deeper structures of the muscular skeletal system, skin and superficial fascia.  Deep Tissue utilizes these strokes as wonderful way for treating new and old injuries, increasing range of motion and reducing scar tissue.

Pregnancy: A safe, gentle and highly effective therapy for the mom-to-be.  Pregnancy massage will relax tense muscles, while stimulating blood circulation, lymphatic drainage and endocrinological balance.  Ideal for women in their 2nd trimester.

Fibromyalgia:  Joining trigger points and meridian therapy, this treatment is specifically designed to relieve those suffering from Fibromyalgia.

Lymphatic:  Lymphatic “drainage” massage is a gentle and wonderful way to promote balance of the body’s internal chemistry, purify and regenerate tissues, normalize functions of organs and promote immune system function.

Reflexology:  The human body mirrors itself in reflex points located in the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is the application of pressure and movement to these areas to remove congested energy which releases stress and tension in other parts of the body creating physical, emotional and spiritual balance.


Energy:
Reiki:  Reiki balances the energy field on a spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical plane.  Reiki therapy assists in resolving problems, achieving goals, connecting to one’s higher  consciousness, and their spiritual purpose.

Polarity:  A full holistic care system combining hands-on contact, toning, breathing and gentle  counseling techniques which facilitate the body in emotional and mental releases.

Craniosacral:  This energy based therapy  integrates Polarity and touch to balance the body, release restrictions and stress in the cerebral spinal complexes allowing the body to reconnect with its
healing core energy.

Spa Therapies
Aromatherapy for Toning & Detox: Essential oils and clays tighten and tone specific problem areas, allowing the body to detox and excess fluid to be removed.  It’s beneficial to the skin’s appearance.

Botanical Mud Treatment:  Botanical Mud Treatment combines natural minerals and trace elements to release toxins from the body and firm and refine the skin.

Green Clay Treatment:  Used to draw oils and impurities from the skin, Green Clay is an excellent treatment for tightening and toning the skin.

Herbal Body Wrap:  Chosen blends detoxify, rejuvenate or soothe the body, mind and spirit. Enjoy the wonderful aroma created by the herbs as you relax in your own herbal cocoon.

La Stone Therapy:  Soothing hot stones create a deep, relaxing massage melting away tension in tight muscles and relieving the body of stress.

Salt Glow Body Scrub:  Revitalizes and removes toxins, increases circulation and buffs away dry, dead skin cells.  Salt Glow Body Scrub is a wonderful treatment for the skin.

Seaweed Wrap:  This treatment uses a blend of perfectly balanced ocean nutrients and a customized aromatherapy selection to improve circulation and oxygen to the skin.  A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experiences.

 Asian Bodywork:
Zen Shiatsu:  With Zen Shiatsu (a Japanese technique) points along the body’s energy channels are stimulated with finger, hand, elbow or foot pressure. Meridian streches, energy work and range of motion are also included.

Thai:  Thai massage incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhythmic compression to create a single healing experience.

Tui Na:  Tui Na is a physical and energetic therapy that dates back to ancient China and is based on the same theories that Acupuncturists and Chinese Herbalists use to assess their clients, Tui Na can be more vigorous than Shiatsu and is a wonderful approach to sports injury, lack of energy, stress, range of motion, and detoxifying.

Thai Foot: Foot massage as practiced throughout southern Thailand and taught at the Wat Po Traditional Medical School in Bangkok. Learn techniques to do a soothing, restful hour-long massage using deep pressure, warming lotions, and a wooden dowel.
